Use this page if you need the public account-deletion URL for Switchback.
Delete from inside the app
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from your Account page in the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent for your own app content as soon as you confirm.
A small number of records tied to shared Circle relationships are handled differently: if you'd invited someone or were connected with them, that connection is marked ended rather than deleted outright, so the other person's history isn't erased without their knowledge. Reports filed against your account by someone else are also kept for admin review rather than removed. Everything else — your profile, journal entries, check-ins, and intervention history — is deleted immediately and is not recoverable by Switchback.
If something goes wrong
If you run into any trouble deleting your account in the app, email [email protected] from the address tied to your account. We will remove the account within 30 days.
